We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

Cancellation Rules

• 48 hours before check-in: Full refund (excluding transaction charges).

• 24 hours before check-in: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamities or unavoidable situations, bookings can be rescheduled without additional cost (subject to availability).
